Job Description

  • Providing qualified IT support to users on technical or software issues.
  • IT problems and query solution management, order executions.
  • Preparation, configuration and installation of new workplaces. Creating system access permissions.
  • Level 2 problem solving within competence.

Requirements

  • Higher education and previous experience in the IT Service Desk.
  • Good communication skills, ability to solve problems quickly and high stress tolerance.
  • Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English, Russian is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows and iOS platforms.
  • ITIL certificate and knowledge of retail processes and technologies is an advantage.
