2019 was going to be our best year yet, when AirGuru achieved an incredible revenue of €7M in the local travel market. We serviced over 17k happy customers, all without owning any physical travel assets.

When life gives us lemons - we grab some salt and go looking for tequila. So when life gave us the most sour lemon of them all - the Covid-19 pandemic - we took our socially distanced AirGuru party international by expanding to the Baltics.

The summer of 2021 saw us smash all records when our sales numbers not only reached those of 2019, but also increased by 40%.

And so the party continues, care to join in?

The first task is simple: answer YES to all of the following:

• Your Estonian language skills are perfect.
• You have 1+ year experience like a travel agent.
• You could spend hours arguing why your job is the best.
• A successful career in the travel industry sounds better than free chocolate cake for life.
• You are the walking and talking version of TripAdvisor.
• Will you “roll up your sleeves” while “thinking outside the box” on your way to “go the extra mile” or will you drop the clichés and just get the work done?

Next, a quick background check:

• You know how to take different travel elements, wrap them up with a pretty bow on top, to create a bundle deal worthy of its name.
• You feel that the term “social butterfly” was actually inspired by your personality
• Your attention to detail made you spot a mistake in the previous point
• You’re so quick on your feet that the only thing you dislike about a fast-paced environment is that it’s not fast enough
• Your job is your favorite kind of party, so you don’t mind working an occasional evening or weekend shift.

Now that you’re ready to board - let’s talk about your typical day at the office:

• You will prepare quality bundle offers for dream vacations. And by dream vacations we mean those your customers will truly dream about long after their return.
• You will let your expert salesperson skills shine by selling said vacations. But you will do such a good job on the first point that the offers will sell themselves, so minimal salesperson duties, we guess?
• You will handle customer queries by phone with one hand while responding to a customer’s email with the other. It’s not a requirement, but we’ll be very impressed if you can do both with your hands behind your back!
• You will make it your life’s mission to work towards achieving your individual as well as the team goals, and KPIs.

Salary: EUR 1500-2000 (gross) + bonuses
