Chief Accountant

• Ensure accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions in accordance with local accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Ensure that all necessary accounting related documents are requested, collected, and complied
• Payroll and taxes calculation
• Control the correctness of bookkeeping done by Shared service center
• Maintain cooperation with Shared service center
• Managing month-end and year-end closing processes
• Preparation of annual statements, payroll, taxes, statistics and other accounting reports to tax authorities and local agencies
• Preparation of internal reporting to management
• Management of agreements with partners

• University degree in Accounting, Business administration or Economics
• Work experience as a Chief Accountant min 3 years
• Strong working knowledge of excel and accounting, payroll systems (SAP would ­­­be an advantage)
• Have an excellent knowledge of Estonian tax system and accounting legislation
• Fluent Estonian, fluent spoken and written English language skills, Russian language skills would be an advantage
• Accuracy and initiative
• Good communication skills
