Job Description

 

  • Manage and lead multilingual customer service department
  • Develop and maintain customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the department.
  • Efficiently allocate incoming requests, prioritize actions, and monitor team resources in order to ensure SLAs
  • Conduct performance reviews for the team, identify areas of improvement and mentor where needed
  • Communicate and be the focal point for the sharing of essential information within the team
  • Analyze areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Recruit new team members
  • Train and coach staff to deliver continuous improvements

Requirements

 

  • Proven background working in customer operations within the iGaming sector
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Ability to develop and motivate team members
  • Strong management understanding and experience in improving efficiency and productivity
  • Verbal and written fluency in English
  • College or university education
  • Hands-on experience with LiveChat, HelpDesk, ZenDesk or similar solutions
