Senior Manager

Now we are looking for a new Senior Manager to Rocca Al Mare, Sikupilli. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing store business through sales efforts. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of the stores in their jurisdiction ​
• Supervise, analyze and improve the turnover of the stores in their jurisdiction. Reports sales, team member development, and store performance figures to line manager​
• Oversees and manages store staff, including recognizing new training opportunities, providing feedback, enhancing sales abilities, and developing sushibar employees.​
• Collaborate with training team for staff recruitment (including store managers) along with training process​
• Minimize materials/labor cost and monitor inventory levels.​
• Be responsible for contracts and other documents safety and correct.

Employment is full time and permanent and work begins in August/September.

• Good commmunicate and management skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian or English
• Good pressure resistance
