Picking Process Owner

• Ensure optimal warehouse picking processes considering business requirements.
• Ensure picking processes compliance with defined standards.
• Define and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI), provide suggestions for picking processes improvements.
• Coordinate picking processes improvement plans and implementations with other Process Owners and Warehouse Operations teams.
• Guide WMS development in accordance with the picking process development plan.

• Extensive management experience in a warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Logistics.
• Good communications skills and language proficiency in English and Estonian. Russian language skills would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, process design and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and analytical tool usage is desirable (BI, advanced level Excel).
• WMS / WCS knowledge is desirable
• Ability to work in a team.
• Professional and ethical behavior and character.
• Project Managements skills would be an advantage.
• Lean / Agile / Six Sigma skills would be an advantage.
