Job Description

  • You will be the 1st point of contact for all IT support for the bank’s employees;
  • You will be helping to set up and implement new features;
  • You will set up and maintain employee’s computers, phones, and other IT equipment;
  • You will research and provide solutions that will ensure efficiency and features, that are better than current tools;
  • You will manage phone and communication platforms;
  • You will be an IT support superhero who will provide local support to all employees located in our Tartu office and remotely for all other locations.

Requirements

  • You have previous experience in providing IT support or have a vocational/higher education degree in the field;
  • You have previous experience in supporting Windows and Mac OS;
  • You are fluent in Estonian and English, both in speech and writing;
  • You are highly motivated and interested in everything tech;
  • You are able to work in a team and individually when necessary;
  • You are ready to travel abroad and locally.
