Job Description

  • The main purpose of the position is to support Lidl headquarter with administrative tasks.
  • Working in the reception and booking meeting rooms.
  • Supporting new employees (e.g., organising authorisations and access cards).
  • Preparing and assembling documents.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Answering phone calls and e-mails.
  • Registering and dealing with couriers.

Requirements

  • You have previous work experience in assisting role and are skilled with MS Office programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English language, Russian and German will be an advantage.
  • Graduated higher education or you are studying at the moment.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Independent and helpful team player, who is detail oriented by character.
