HR Manager

You are the right person for us if:

• You have experience in searching for and hiring staff
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools
• You have successfully gone from creating a vacancy to onboarding an employee for that vacancy
• You really love communicating with people and feel that recruitment and HR is your destiny
• You know what Corporate Culture and HR Brand is
• Have knowledge of employment-related documentation - contracts, job descriptions, probationary interviews and development
• Understand health and safety management
• Not afraid to tackle workplace discipline problems

What do we expect from you:

• Higher education, preferably in a professional or legal field
• Very good English, Estonian and Russian language skills
• At least 1 year experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Exellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player whilst operating independently
• Ability to organise and initiative
• Good understanding of the commercial side of the business and staff work
