Role Description

• Develop new business strategies in line with business objectives and sector needs
• Maximize account sales and profit
• Develop and maintain industry contacts at all relevant levels identifying and developing new growth opportunities
• Set clear and obtainable personal goals within established standards of performance
• Share value proposition of the company

• University Degree would be an advantage
• Technical awareness and aptitude
• A team player with strong interpersonal and leader skills
• A self-driven and proactive attitude
• Experience of building long term successful customer relationships.
• Ability to understand and implement programs based on customer needs
• Market knowledge – as additional value
• Experience of technical sales in a B2B sales environment – as additional value
• Fluent language skills in Estonian and English
• Willingness to travel and driving license
