DS Smith Packaging Estonia AS is looking for a production unit in Tallinn:

WAREHOUSE KEEPER

EXPECTATIONS:

• Collaborate with production, maintenance and procurement staff to make the call-offs just in time for daily operations, to list expected deliveries and receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
• Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.) and assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments or receiving replacements
• Communicate and cooperate with internal customers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, regulations and and occupational safety requirements
• Ensure invoices are signed and paid for satisfactory deliveries and maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
• You are cooperative, flexible, conscientious and You have good organisational and time management skills
• Required knowledge of Estonian and English language, Russian is indicative.
• Proficiency in MS Office, entering data in inventory software, databases and systems and familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
