Job Description

Your main duties will include:

  • Reception management (welcoming guests and couriers, Q&A with employees etc.)
  • Selection and ordering of logo goods as gifts and for branding purposes
  • Inventory of office furniture (maintenance, utilization, ordering additionals, leisure area games etc).
  • Travel arrangements
  • Facility maintenance
  • Office supplies
  • Storage/archive maintenance
  • Event arrangements

Requirements

  • Requirments:

    • High level of interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong negotiating skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Problem solving
    • Have a good grasp of MS Office
    • Previous experience as an office administrator (or similar position) is beneficial
    • Fluent in English, Estonian and Russian
    • Estonian or EU citizen, or hold a long term residence permit
