Finnish Technical Customer Support Representative

• answer calls and e-mails
• guide customers through invoices
• provide technical support

• fluency in Finnish 
• good English skills
• experience in customer service
• strong multitasking skills
• good computer knowledge
• opening hours Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-4PM and Sunday 10AM-2PM
