Banqueting Supervisor

What will you be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Supervise Conference and Banqueting operations

- Communicate and delegate cross functional operational tasks

- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner

- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

- Plan, organize and control the daily operations

- Lead the service team in coaching manner

- Previous Conference and Banquet experience

- Experience in the hotel industry

- Experience in supervising and/or delegation
