We are looking for You who speak Swedish, will help people and wants to work for the Swedish call-center. Here you will be part of a digital unit where you will work from our office full-time or partly or from your home office full-time or partly.

The services include booking transports or providing customer service of various kinds. Bookings and certain services are provided by phone, e-mail and via chat. The work is performed in various booking systems on the computer.

• the ability to speak and write in Swedish
• service oriented and stress resistant
• highly motivated, independent and disciplined
• You can work from our office in Tartu or from your home office where You must have a good working enviroment with stable internet connection
• be able to have flexible working hours
• previous experience in customer services is good to have but not a merit

Swedish speaking call-center specialist with possibilities to work remotely

You will receive certain tools to aid you in your work. An internal training program both for systems and customer service will be provided within the company.

You have a manager and other colleagues in the digital unit with whom you can meet live or  "digitally" and collaborate.

Flexibility in working from home either full-time or part-time, weekdays, weekends, evenings or nights based on an agreement and set schedule.

We employ permanent starting with a probation period with max 4 months.
