Job Description

  • Preparation, review, submission of comments and adjustment of the Company's contracts, internal procedures, procedural and other legal documents.
  • Assistance to the lawyers of the group companies in ensuring legal supervision of the Company's activities, assessment of related legal requirements and legal risks, provision of recommendations, etc.
  • Employee consulting on legal issues in various fields (contracts, handling of consumer complaints, personal data protection, etc.);
  • Representation of the company in state institutions and other institutions, as well as in relations with public and private, natural, and legal persons.

Requirements

  • Higher university legal education;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of law;
  • Knowledge of the general data protection regulation and application skills
  • Knowledge of civil law acts, ability to apply them (in the fields of contract law, consumer disputes, protection of intellectual property, and the legal regulation of advertising);
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Knowledge of the Finnish language – a great advantage;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office programs);
  • Results orientation, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to details.
