Job Description

In this position you will….

  • Oversee the entire hotel operations to maintain high standards
  • Will report directly to the Front Office Manager and Director of Operations
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
  • Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival, ensure regular and VIP Guests are recognised and guests’ special requests are coordinated
  • Replying to guest feedback on various channels in a timely manner
  • Respond, action and resolve any guest complaints or issues during or after their stay
  • Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, food safety investigations, etc.
  • Ensure all guest requests, problems and internal communication is actioned in a timely manner
  • Assist with other departments, as necessary

 

Requirements

We are looking for……

  • A minimum of 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector
  • Fluent in English and Estonian – both in speech and in writing (any additional language is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures
  • Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
