Customer service and purchase specialist

You will be working with a dynamic customer service and purchase team with afocus on customer service actions (primary) and daily purchases. You willcollaborate strongly with customers and internal stakeholders. You have greatopportunity to impact customer satisfaction. 

• Relevant work experience from technology company
• Experience in customer service tasks and experience of daily purchases is considered as advantage
• Excellent communication, team work skills and friendly attitude
• Competence with IT-systems (Microsoft Office and ERP-system) 
• Strong communication skills in English and Estonian
• Able to travel on a business trip to Finland couple times during a year
