HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

WHAT YOU DO

• Plan and carry out recruitment processes and recruitment campaigns
• Employer Branding activities
• Implement, develop and monitor all the processes related to HR, including documentation and reporting
• Consult and support employees and managers on various topics related to HR and personnel management
• Support and cultivate a great work environment and culture
• Ensure health and safety for employees

WHAT YOU HAVE

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1+ years of HR experience or in a similar role. Working experience in an international retail company is an advantage

• Strong understanding of Estonian labor law and legislation
• The desire to work effectively as part of a teamwith shared objectives and on your initiative andenthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English (verbal and written)
