Job Description

Develop new opportunities and grow sales in Industrial markets of Estonia, in particular within Oil Gas, Energy, Pulp and Paper industries by building successful business cooperation with direct customers, engineering companies and distribution network.

Requirements

  • Technical/Economic background, understanding of both and ability to learn
  • Understanding of industrial B2B market in Estonia.
  • Track record of successful selling in B2B context or demonstrate high potential to learn
  • Language skills: ability to communicate professionally in EN and RU

 

Essential skills:

 

  • Basic knowledge and/or ability to learn fast Konwell key solutions technically
  • Value selling skills: skills on uncovering and developing customer needs effectively and to communicate the value of Konwell solutions to customers
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with focus to results
  • Collaboration skills: ability to communicate actively internally in Konwell and with partners
  • Proactive and positive development attitude and willingness to learn and develop yourself
