Customer Service Representative

Your main duties will include:

• Process booking and update amendment requests from customers,
• Ensure that all provided container reservation details are correct and entered into our systems,
• Prepare transport related documentation, reports and invoicing
• Communicate with customers and with our other departments in a professional manner
• Working language is English,
• Geographical scope of activity covers Europe.

We are looking for You if You:

• Are fluent in English
• Have a good grasp of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Have a good time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines,
• Not afraid of challenges and fast paced environment,
• Love to work with details and systems,
• Have good communication and social skills and positive mind,
• Are an Estonian or EU citizen or hold a long term residence permit.
• Ready to work with fixed and stable schedule.

As a bonus:

• Experience in Customer Service (e.g Hotels, Restaurants, Aviation, Cruise Ships, Retail, Travel agencies, etc.)
• Additional European language is considered as an advantage
• Start ASAP
