Lending Product Manager, Estonian branch

We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Lending Product Manager, who has a solid background in banking sphere working with loan products and looking for new challenges!

As a Lending Product Manager, you will work to shape a compelling lending product go-to-market strategy, take ownership to execute on key initiatives from inception to completion, eager to solve any obstacles. Your goal will be to increase the sales of our consumer & mortgage lending products in the Estonian market, work with new and existing partners, establish cooperation and trustful communication, based on personal touch.

We expect you to have:
- experience in banking sphere, in product development and developing business relationships with partners; comfortable working in an international organization;
- good understanding of lending products, market situation, legislation;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- good analytical skills and ability to set priorities;
- proficiency in English and Estonian;
- energy, positive attitude and ability to deal with challenges.
