Your tasks

  • Assisting project managers in the creation and management of translation, localization and DTP projects from the initial phase to delivery
  • Support of project managers in working with linguistic resources
  • Putting together teams of freelance linguists based on project requirements
  • Monitoring of projects to meet deadlines, quality, budget und technical requirements
  • Assisting team members in the creation, preparation and maintenance of projects data and files

Requirements

  • Ability to be open to new ideas, to help shape change constructively and to overcome unknown challenges
  • Open-mindedness towards new developments
  • Enthusiasm for innovation
  • Willingness to become familiar with new fields of activity
  • Excellent command of German (mandatory) and English
  • Other languages would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills would be beneficial
  • A keen and learning attitude
  • Ability to learn fast and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment and the ability to manage multiple projects and resources at the same time
  • No previous project management experience required but would be beneficial
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools
