Product Development Manager (Baltics)

• Actively seek for opportunities, ideas for new internal development and improvement of existing processes and systems.
• Initiate market and supplier researches, ensuring that learning's feed into developments.
• Align each new solution with existing product portfolio for a smooth launch.
• Manage and report for ongoing developments.
• Follow industry trends locally and internationally.
• Improve stakeholder experience.

You are:

• Keen on developing company’s efficiency through continuousdigitalization and automation of internal processes.
• Proactive and experienced in working with many different stakeholders.
• Strong in CEP (courier, express and parcel) and as an advantageunderstanding e-commerce supply chain.
