Job Description

  • Purchasing factory supplies on time and as planned
  • Transmitting supply forecast between different parties
  • Rescheduling of purchase order backlog
  • Reviewing and approving purchase invoices
  • Data management of purchase orders in ERP systems

Requirements

  • At least one year of work experience in the similar role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Competent user of ERP (SAP would be an advantage) and other relevant Procurement or ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of overall processes from Demand to Deliver
  • Good language skills (English, Estonian/Russian)
