Job Description

Be the soul of the office, the first smile for the clients and Care manager for AZETA office and employees

Take care of all office supplies, documentation, and other administrative matters

Plan and execute team events

Work with HR team on various topics: onboarding, offboarding, organizational culture, etc

Help AZETA employees on various requests

Requirements

Have experience in office administration and know clerical & document preparation andmanagement rules

Always go for an extra mile

Handle multiple tasks while staying organized

Be initiative, attentive to details, have strong sense of responsibility and passion to learn new things

Communicate in Latvian and English (Russian knowledge – big advantage)

Be advanced user of MS Office, Google docs and know other IT tools
