AML Officer in Swedbank Life Insurance SE

Are you an expert in AML field and Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing/Finacial Sanctions area? Are You a professional with good experience in working cross border and taking a lead in coordinating projects with many stakeholders?

In Swedbank Life Insurance SE you have the opportunity to:

• Initiate, lead creation and update of AML processes in Baltic Insurance companies;
• Participate in analysis and adoption of legal regulations, laws;
• Participate in ML/TF (Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing) risk assessment (RA);
• Advise AML Specialist teamwork, internal trainings;
• Cooperate and communicate with many stakeholders in Group, Regulatory Authorities.
• Participate in reporting to Regulatory Authorities.

• Experience in AML/CTF/FS area at least 2 years;
• Banking, Life Insurance work experience with good business results;
• University degree in the field of economics, legal, business administration or similar;
• Knowledge of AML Laws and Regulations;
• Experience as a project and/or process manager;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian, both in writing and speech;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to be a bridge between different stakeholders;
• You hold a talent and willingness to work in complex environment and you are self-motivated. Experience with agile way of working;
• Solution and result oriented approach, often taking initiative.
