We are looking for a Customer Support Agent who is fluent in German, to help us take our customer care to a new level!

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the professionalization of our claims department in order to provide our customers with an excellent claim experience;
• Independent final processing of claims in the area of electronics, bicycle and rental deposit insurance;
• Communication with our customers and repair partners;
• Compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) that we have agreed with our insurance partners;
• Participation in the establishment and further development of our system landscape. 

Is this you?

• Completed vocational training or a degree with relevant professional experience in the field of customer service;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills, assertiveness and negotiating skills;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• High level of initiative, goal- and service-oriented way of working;
• A committed, structured and flexible way of working;
• Proficiency in German and English (Professional or native level);
• Previous professional experience in the industry is a plus (not mandatory);
• Availability to start working in our office in Tallinn, Estonia.
