Job Description

  • Creating country IT direction and action plan, planning and following up on the annual budget.
  • Managing local suppliers in the full lifecycle of activity from a Data Privacy and Information Security perspective, from selection through to contracts and continuous measurement activities
  • Providing functional expertise to the country strategic direction, and to the formulation and implementation of an integrated multi-channel strategy with a focus on the customer journey
  • Enabling and contributing to growth, low cost and sustainable profitability in accordance with our overall purpose, retail direction and our financial strategy
  • Ensure that IT product rollouts run according to plan, based on detailed digital roadmap plans
  • Responsible for the operational IT activities and daily running of the support within the market, ensuring that they meet the defined agreements, KPIs and OKRs, as well as ensuring compliance towards legislations, policies and other requirements
  • Manage the financials on the IT area, i.e. budget, allocation and forecasts, follow up cost development and proactively drive improvements in cost-efficiency

Requirements

  • Not less than 5 years relevant experience in managing position
  • Master degree in IT formation / Computer Science. Experienced in programming, System design Or Networking and networking security.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize and manage a high volume of assignments
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and promote the business benefits of Data Privacy and effective security controls
  • Capable to understand how security and data privacy controls can mitigate business and information risks
  • Good leader with strong communication, negotiation, influencing skills and competent in leading and developing people.
  • Possess fluent written and spoken knowledge of English language.
