ECB Quality Assurance Officer

Citadele Group is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced ECB Quality Assurance Officer.

Your daily responsibilities will be to coordinate and be primary contact person for ECB JST and support the pipeline and all interactions related to it (response on requests, coordination, collection and quality assurance of information exchange with ECB JST etc.).

Besides the routine we expect you to contribute with experience in risk management and supervisory reporting frameworks in areas like EU regulations and their implementation in the Citadele Group, upgrade of internal processes and frameworks to meet supervisory expectations in ECB program, ESG project and other internal projects in respective areas.

• You have experience 5+ years in banking supervision or risk management role in the banking group in EU;
• You are savvy in EU supervision regulations literal and easy navigate yourself in a complex frameworks;
• Quality assurance is your passion and you focus for deliverables in time;
• You have structured work approach and extremely skilled in communication;
• You are strong in translating complex regulations and real actions;
• Your primary work language have been English for the last 5+ years and any of the Baltic languages on top is the advantage.
