Job Description

  • Logistical management of company`s all import-export activities
  • Communication with suppliers, planning stock, purchase of raw materials according to the sorting plan and sorting center's needs
  • Communication with clients, preparation of sales forecast and sales offers
  • Close cooperation with warehouse and production manager to keep stock level by sales in minimum level
  • Preparation of sorting center`s budget together with production manager and constant budget implementation monitoring
  • Close cooperation and communication with import-export department on holding level, incl the presentation of results in weekly meetings, preparation of weekly, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Preparing loading documents and invoices, entering invoices to the book-keeping system, entering production/purchases/sales data to sorting center internal tables

Requirements

  • Good analytical ability and planning skills
  • Quick responsiveness
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
  • Basic knowledge of customs procedures and logistics
  • Excellent computer skills, incl. Excel skills
  • Very good command in English, preferably also good in Russian
  • B category driver's license recommended
