Key Account Manager

Job Description

- Direct collaboration with the largest Estonian retail chains;

- Market analysis / research and search for the new opportunities for market development;

- Development and implementation of sales strategy;

- Develop a range of pricing policies and expand sales networks;

- Preparation of reports – analysis of sales results;

- Preparation of sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines, maintain and update contact database;

- Plan and coordinate marketing activities;

- Build and maintain relationships with customers

Requirements

- Proven working experience as a Key account manager, Business development manager, Sales executive, or a relevant role in FMCG at least 2 years;- Experience and understanding of brand market development;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals on all organizational levels;

- Degree in Business (International), Marketing, Finance or any other related field;

- Proficiency in Estonian and English, good knowledge of Russian (Lithuanian is an advantage);

- Good communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills;

- Time management and planning skills;

- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel);

- Clean B category driver ‘s license and preferable a car owner.
