Job Description

• Driving business through advisory in people agenda for defined business area


• Partnering with leaders and supporting individuals on key people issues


• Assessing business needs and applying people solutions


• Delivering employee lifecycle acitivities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Experience


• Contributing to Talent Acquisition projects

Requirements

• Interest in People Partnership and at least 3 years of experience in the field 


• Bachelor's Degree


• Demonstrated coaching skills


• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis


• Be well-organized and display communication skills and flexibility, allowing you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 


• Be capable of working independently, taking lead for your responsibilities, as well collaborate closely as part of a Pan-Baltic team


• Be able to communicate in English and Estonian: fluent in all spoken and written communication
