Customer Support - English/Estonian Speaking

If you would like to be the first point of contact for a Red Acre client, as our best representatives working in a multi-cultural environment with other departments; this is the role for you. With your experience and communication skills, you will take responsibility for assisting customer queries, resolving issues to the best of your ability and take pride in being a part of our success. You will be curious to know and understand our clients’ business so that you can offer the best support possible. Read on below for the role responsibilities and requirements.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting customers via e-mail, live chat, and telephone
• Enjoy problem-solving
• Managing customer accounts (passwords etc.)
• Support the KYC department on a daily basis
• Work together with your team to reach customer service related targets

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English & Estonian
