Creating advanced sourcing strategies

Identifying candidate profile and building up a reliable tech talent pool regularly

Reaching out to candidates and representing Bolt professionally and warmly as the first point of contact

Using data and metrics to track and analyze the progress

Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years of sourcing experience in an agency or in-house

Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art sourcing techniques

Track record of finding exceptional talents in the market

Ability to create systematic sourcing volumes regularly

Startup self-starter mindset and hunger to achieve great results
