Systems Quality Lead

Establish and manage change management processes

Audit internal systems to set global standards to mitigate risks

Identify and analyse patterns in quality management and processes

Work with other departments to improve our safety product globally

Communicate time-sensitive and critical issues quickly and effectively

Maintain a document housing platform to ensure all safety and risk-related SOPs are documented and up to date

Work alongside internal stakeholders to identify and address process, product or training improvements

Work under deadlines to ensure a well-coordinated structure across departments

Deep dive into large samples of data to determine root causes for safety-related issues and develop further risk mitigation strategies

Contribute to ambitious, but achievable goals that support improvements in our overall mission

Ability to clearly communicate and present information to stakeholders at all levels of the business

Excellent interpersonal skills that establish trust and effective working relationships

Analytical thinking to deliver complex metrics and identify areas of improvement

Outstanding written and verbal communication

Understanding of Safety-related processes and requirements

Experience with BI Tools and process and document auditing
