Director of Treasury

Build the Bolt Treasury Function - With the long term aim to develop a full-scale Treasury function, firstly to identify, prioritise and implement the most value-adding Treasury functions relative to the business activities of Bolt and its financing.

Global Cash Management - Global ownership of all banking relations, making sure we can collect and pay in the most efficient way. This involves continuous improvement and innovative solutions within the current system set-up. Development of payment strategy and support, bank account management, cash forecasting, new markets and inter-company settlements cross border.

Financial Risk Management - Identify Bolt’s material financial risks across the organisation and develop procedures and policies to manage and mitigate these together with the rest of the CFO organisation. This may at some point include SOX controls for Treasury processes.

Systems - Determine the Treasury IT solutions which support the growth of Bolt in the most effective way with maximum automation and cost efficiency as objective, implement and manage these systems as application owner in close corporation with relevant stakeholders including Commerce and Finance.

Strategy - Develop the Strategy for the Treasury Function to be adopted by the Board of Directors of Bolt.

Have extensive experience within the realm of FX and Asset Management.

Extensive experience from a Finance/Treasury department at an international company, potentially (but not required) combined with experience from a financial institution and/or consultancy firm.

Proven experience with FX, Investments, and Financial Risk management.

Relevant education such as Law, Accounting, Economy or Finance.

You are a true doer with a very hands-on approach who will take on big and small tasks as needed.

Not afraid to challenge and question colleagues (regardless of level) in a constructive manner always with the best solution for Bolt at heart.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relations with internal stakeholders, executives and teams in a multicultural and global entrepreneurial environment.

Knowledge within IFRS Financial Accounting.
