Corporate Development Manager

Work with the management team on developing organic and inorganic business cases across the mobility spectrum, including new market / product development

Identify and execute high-impact partnerships and acquisitions that catalyse our strategic roadmap

Develop innovative financing structures across the capital stack

Share insights from monitoring the industry and competition

2+ years of experience in investment banking/M&A, management consulting or corporate development

Solid analytical, presentation and modelling skills (this will be tested!)

No fluff or presenteeism - we like our analysis thorough while succinct

Hands-on attitude: can you work out a term sheet?

Uncompromising attention to detail and sense of ownership

Driven people who know how to pace themselves and have fun

Knowledge about the tech & mobility industry is an advantage
