Job Description

  • All accounting activities (accounts receivable and accounts payable, salary administration, asset register, inventory, general ledger operations, etc.)
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  • Monthly closing and internal reporting to CFO in Finland (monthly financial statements, etc.)
  • External reporting and filing to authorities in Estonia (tax & customs, insurances, statistics, etc.), preparation of Annual Report NTM Baltic OÜ, correspondence with auditors

Requirements

  • University degree preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economics
  • Preferably 10+ years financial accounting experience
  • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
  • Fluent in Estonian (orally and in writing), English language knowledge is a must, Russian is necessary to communicate internally an proficiency in Finnish is an advantage.
  • Computer skills: Excellent skills in Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Experience in production would be a plus, preferably in an international company
  • Initiative & responsibility, accuracy & correctness, positive attitude, cost conscious
