OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this important role, you will be responsible for monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness; and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

• products profitability improving and expenses reducing
• development process deadlines tracking
• tasks deligation to team members in Estonia/ Pakistan /Ukraine
• communication with the mother company in Sweden
• supply chain risks and opportunities management
• provision of administrative support

YOU WILL BE A PERFECT FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE:

• proven work experience at a similar position in the field of textile
• excellent English skills, knowledge of Estonian and Russian is an advantage
• an analytical mind coupled with a methodological approach
• great people management and communication skills
• an eye for identifying issues and finding solutions
