Ecommerce Shopify Web Manager

• Develop the jewelry website using Shopify and our proprietary Content Management System
• Update the website frequently based on overall strategies.
• Setup & Launch Products: Ensure products are launched correctly and on time, with the appropriate information, scheduling, and categorization.
• Homepage, Navigation, Collection, Product, & Content Page Updates: Ensure the timely launch of go-to-market and product-related assets on the home page, collections pages, and product pages. Ensure all links work and go to the appropriate product or collection page. Review and test the user experience on various devices and browsers.
• Edit and upload photos for web using Photoshop if needed.
• Create product translations (translate from English to Estonian)
• Create and manage Discount codes, Shipping Profiles, Settings
• Troubleshoot problems with the website as they arise.
• Translate content for email marketing and media ads.
• Work with the design and ecommerce team to make sure websites match the email and catalog promotions.
• Manage customer relations (create follow-up and edit orders)
• Cooperation with the logistics department to ensure that orders are delivered on time.
• Manage Social Media Platforms (create ads for Facebook, Instagram)

• In-depth understanding of Shopify front-end, apps, and channels is required.
• Expertise in design, graphics and layout related to websites.
• Expertise in Facebook Business Manager

• Passionate about ecommerce and eager to learn all things digital.
• Extremely analytical with a strong desire and drive to dig into data in order to gain insights and solve problems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage time effectively and prioritize and shift your workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• In-depth understanding of Shopify backend
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of Shopify Liquid and JavaScript
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We are looking for Ecommerce Shopify Web Manager to join our team in our Tallinn office. As an Ecommerce Shopify Web Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall website strategy of our Estonian online jewelry store based on specific goals and objectives.

This is a full-time position.
