Part-Time Junior Recruiter HR

We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Junior Recruiter to join our team in Tallinn.

As a Junior Recruiter, you will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for our company and our customers
• Actively source, interview and select candidates
• Represent professionally and warmly TechIuris / FinTech Legal Center and its customers
• Provide an amazing candidate experience every time
• Test the competence and abilities of each candidate
• Keep files of candidates
• Offer your ideas to improve our processes and hiring strategies
• Work closely with our team on each position opened.

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house
• Strong online candidate sourcing skills
• Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
• Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
• Fluency in English. The knowledge of at least another foreign language is a plus
• Innovation and problem-solving skills
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
