Job Description

Establishing a research strategy across multiple verticals together with your peers from Design and Product Management

Owning and leading research planning and execution

Synthesising and communicating findings to inspire design- and product decisions and create visibility across departments

Working with our Designers, Product Managers, Analysts and Customer Support to make sure the right things get built the right way

Building up our research department and working with HR on recruiting new talents

Closely monitoring the impact of the generated insights and constantly evolving the applied procedures

Training peers and developing a shared approach for qualitative and quantitative research encompassing various methodologies like remote and on-site studies, user- and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, online surveys, user journey mapping and more

Requirements

You have 5+ years of experience in applied user research, preferably in top tech companies

You have a degree in Psychology, Human Factors or other adjacent field

Practical experience in executing various qualitative and quantitative research methods throughout all stages of the design and development process, from conceptualisation to launch

Work experience in an agile environment

You're motivated and not scared by new challenges

Good English, both verbal and written
