Operational Risk Officer (Tallinn or Tartu)

Supporting implementation and execution and monitoring of operational risk management processes like:

Incident reporting process 

Risk and Control Self-Assessment process

Quality and Risk Analysis process 

Business Continuity and Crisis Management process

Controlling the compliance with internal regulations Raising the risk awareness within the organisation Regular reporting

At least 2 years working experience in banking industry

Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or acquisition of it

Fluent in both spoken and written English, good Estonian language skills preferred

Good analytical and communication skills

Able to work both independently and in a team
