Electronics industrial automation product development PROJECT MANAGER

This is an offer for you – the Tallinn unit is looking for a qualified project manager who is in charge of receiving development orders from electronic industry clients, reviewing orders, developing technical improvement proposals and changes, making profitability calculations, holdings technical negotiations with customers, making precise decisions that are suitable for both sides. In addition, preparing additional budgets for developments and negotiating with clients, reaching agreements. The project manager is responsible for successfully carrying out projects starting from the development of the initial prototype to the production of the equipment.

To achieve results in a great way, we expect you to be innovative, independent, creative and follow the following requirements:

• have an engineering/technical higher education (electronics production, industrial automation, product development, mechatronics…)
• 2-5 years experience in successfully managing projects
• very good communication and negotiating skills, good at pitching your ideas
• very good proficiency in English and communication skills in Estonian will be an advantage in interacting with teams
• independent as a person, possessing problem solving skills, oriented at end results, very high stress tolerance
• readiness for business trips to different continents and countries.

Advantages: experience I designing automated equipment and products and/or working with automation designers.

• engineering knowledge and experience of industries from the fields of mechatronics, automation, robotics, industrial equipment software (programming, developing) etc.
