Job description

Evocon is present in close to 50 countries worldwide and one the key sales force are our Partners.

Thus, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager who will help us lead this sales channel by finding, activating and managing our strategic partnerships. You will play an important part in shaping the global business of Evocon.

Furthermore, you will become the voice of Evocon. Therefore, the enthusiasm, spark in your eyes and proficient communication skills will determine your success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and approach new potential channel partners in strategical markets.
  • Onboard and activate partners in an efficient manner.
  • Manage partners' sales channels and relations, and support them in their work.
  • Create a partner portfolio and take accountability for its success.
  • Be engaged in continuously improving the Partnership Program.
  • Work across internal teams to improve internal processes.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Estonian and Russian fluency is a nice-to-have)
  • Previous experience with international sales and relations.
  • Enthusiastic and friendly - being able to motivate the partners with your presence.
  • Determined - willing to learn, improve and develop your knowledge in the industrial sector.
  • Proactive - take accountability and focus on getting things done.
  • Courage and initiative to propose improvement ideas.
