Job Description
Come join our growing team at Miss Mary of Sweden! We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic assistant to help our e-commerce. You will be located at our office in Tallinn and report directly to our E-Commerce Manager.
In this role, you will maintain product data, editorial content and order data in our e-commerce systems and marketplaces. Your job will be to edit, review and publish data such as product listings and prices as well as occasional order management and other data entry related tasks.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team-based environment and is confident in assisting other team members when they are in the weeds with tasks, duties, or projects. You consider yourself to be a careful, orderly and responsible. You are good at noticing small but important things that other people might not notice. Taking on new challenges with an open mind is obvious to you and you are happy to contribute with new perspectives and ideas.
What you’ll do:
- Entering or updating information in computer systems
- Transferring of data between computer systems, either manually or by bulk import/export
- Data verification
- Data deduplication
- Take verbal as well as written instruction and curate to concise data
- Prepare and maintain customer order database and issue invoices
- Email dialogue with colleagues about data discrepancies or other suggested edits
- Day to day filing
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. English is the corporate language so good English is required.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to details
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and web-based systems
