Wanted is a Chief Operation Officer for a Crypto related Company embedded in a international business structure.

As Head of Operation, you will collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving vision, operational strategy and hiring needs. You have to oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.

The Controlling of company costs and incomes as well as financial planning, collaboration with tax advisors, accounting and banks are in your range of tasks.

• Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or related field
• 5+ years’ work experience with minimum of 3+ years in leadership
• Basic knowledge and interest in blockchain, distributed ledger technologies and blockchain
• Welcomed but not mandatory, experience within the blockchain community

• Salary starting at 6000€/monthly, depending on experience and skills
