Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a newly created position within OlyBet Digital vertical. We are looking for someone special to join OlyBet to help us to source and recruit the best talent out there so we can grow magnificent team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will create and execute internal and external recruitment strategies using social media and other communication channels for employer branding.

Overseeing all the sponsorship and cooperation partners related assets;

Working out OlyBet internal Content Hub;

Cooperate closely with our Media Agency to ensure the tailored content is optimized to the right target groups;

Sourcing influencers and 3rd party copywriters who are in line with the content strategy;

Keeping all content optimized for SEO purposes;

Having a 360 degree view on Content Amplification;

Measure the positive effect via relevant KPIs;

Having a comprehensive understanding of the legal boundaries across all the countries of operations;

Being the turn to person for everyone in do’s and don’t’s;

Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment;

Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
