Job Description

• Maintain and develop customer accounts mainly in Estonia (but also in Latvia and Lithuania) and manage all sales and support activities in your accounts.
• Application and support of our allergy and autoimmunity tests and Phadia Laboratory Systems solving analytical and technical challenges.
• Train our customers (mainly laboratory customers but some clinical customers as well).
• Secure renewal of existing and new customer agreements.
• Ensure you are in regular contact with your customers through calls, visits, troubleshooting, as well as supporting with training.
• Propose, plan, execute, report and effectively follow up sales.

Requirements

• Very good spoken and written English and Estonian.
• Experience of working in a lab.
• Strategic thinking and ability to set up priorities.
• Proactiveness in executing the goals.
• Willingness to build a network for working cross-functionally with colleagues and customers.
• Driver’s license. This position requires travelling to customers mostly in Estonia, but also to Lithuania, Latvia and meetings in Finland and Nordic as well as participating in international congresses.
